In-Game Rules
These rules are to be followed on InsationMC. Punishments can vary from offense to offense, and are subject to change without notice. Punishments can be determined by in-game staff based on the situation; however, common punishment lengths are included under some categories. Some examples of punishments are bans, mutes, freezes, or command blocks. If you think a player is breaking the rules of EmojiMC, please report the offender to staff, either in-game or in our reports section on the website.
1. No Profane Language
Swearing is not allowed on InsationMC. Any language that offends, hurts, or bothers players in any form, including but not limited to slurs based on race; religion; social class; economic status; gender; body type; the physical or mental state; beliefs; education; age; disability; or sexual orientation will not be tolerated and should be reported to staff. NOTE: This INCLUDES all skins, capes, banners, faction names, and usernames.
In addition, any other rudeness or discrimination against donors or staff will not be tolerated. It is expected that players respect fellow players, wether it be in-game, on our Discord channel, or in outside conversations (e.g. over Skype) relating to the game.
Also, if you feel that staff member is abusing their rank, please report them. This server is meant to be fun and free for all, and the powers given to staff members are given only with the assumption that they will be used to make the server a better place for everyone, not just themselves.
2. Do Not Grief Other Builds
This server exists to allow people to be creative with their builds. Please do not destroy other people's builds. Inappropriate builds will be dealt with by staff.
3. No Inappropriate Builds
Please do not create any builds that are inappropriate or could be deemed offensive. Offenses against this rule will result in destruction of the build and any related builds, as well as a 24 hour ban from the server.
4. Do Not Use More Than One Alternate Account
The use of more than two accounts, or Alts, is forbidden on this server. As it can bring unfair advantages to certain players and their factions to have more than two accounts, it can make the playing experiences of other players less enjoyable. For this reason, please report anyone that you believe to be using more than one alternate account. You are allowed to use a second account, but ONLY IF your first is not being used on the server whatsoever.
Please note that if you change your Minecraft username, your data on the server may be lost.
5. Do Not Advertise Other Servers
Our server is meant for players of our server, not as a recruiting place for other servers. Advertising other servers is not tolerated without permission from in-game staff.
To advertise social medial channels such as YouTube channels, Instagram pages, etc., please ask a staff member first; if permission is granted, you will be allowed to advertise under the terms given to you by the staff member.
6. Do Not Impersonate Other People
Do not pretend to be someone that you are not, wether it be a staff member, a ranked player, YouTuber or another member. This is an offense that can warrant up to a permanent ban.
7. Do Not Ask To Be Unbanned or Unmuted In-Game
Please do not ask to have a punishment lifted. We have an appeals section on the website for that. Please do not appeal punishments with under one day remaining, or over one week after it has been issued. This includes having people ask for you.
8. Do Not Spam Commands
This includes multiple things. First, do not spam the same command repeatedly. This will result in a mute or temporary ban of a couple hours. Second, do not use commands that you are not allowed to use; staff can not do a limited command for non-staff that the non-staff should not have. This will result in a longer ban, or a removal / demotion of staff for each instance respectively.

Forum Rules
Please follow these rules pertaining to our forums. Currently, while our site is under development, the punishment for all infractions will either be a warning or a ban from the entire site. This makes appeals for forum infractions impossible without reaching out to BlahPlayer at [email protected]t. Work will be done to make forum bans appealable until an alternate option can be found to punish infractions of the following rules.

2. You are allowed to advertise media accounts, but only if they contain regular updates with InsationMC content
3. Do not ask to be unbanned on the forums. An appeals and reports section may be added for that.
4. Do not post pointless content.
5. Do not repeatedly post identical content
6. Do not spam threads; try to avoid posting multiple comments in a row on a thread.
